This policy describes how NOVYUP handles personal data collected on novyup.com. It does not cover processing carried out inside the products the company publishes, which have their own policies.

- Data you provide through the contact form: name, email address, company and message content.
- Audience measurement data, if such a tool is enabled, in a configuration that does not require consent.
Purposes and legal bases
Form data is processed to answer your request, on the basis of the company's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to it. It is never used for unsolicited marketing.
Retention
Messages are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted.
Recipients
Data is neither sold nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes. Only the technical providers needed to run the site may access it, within the scope of their duties.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object, as well as the right to data portability. Write to contact@novyup.com to exercise them. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
Cookies
The site sets no advertising cookie and no third-party tracker. Only display preferences — theme and language — are stored locally in your browser and are never transmitted.
